NO C.O.D. ORDERS ACCEPTED!
You may pay for your purchases with American Express, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, Check or Money Order - U.S. Funds. All checks will be
verified by Telecredit.
BACK ORDER ITEMS
All (prepaid orders) back ordered items will be shipped within 10 days.
Please advise us if back orders are acceptable.

FED EX - Minimum Charge of $7.50
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
All requests for returns must be made within 30 days from fate of order.
You must include customer name, address, customer number, invoice number an date
of original purchase. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Claims must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Most chemical
and aerosol products have a shelf life of one year and should be used within
that period. Defective items will be replaced at no charge. When
reporting claims of defective merchandise, furnish item number, invoice number
and date of purchase.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Any special orders, non stocking items or items cut to purchase specifications
are final and are not subject to return.
